View Expense Report

This guide outlines the steps to view the Expense Report for a specific expense item and branch within a chosen date range.

Steps #

1. Log in to Your Account #

Log in to access the system.

2. Navigate to Reports #

Click on Report from the main menu.

3. Select Expense Report #

Click on Expense Report.

4. Choose Date Range #

Select the start and end dates for the report.

5. Select Expense Item #

Choose the expense item you want to review.

6. Select Branch #

Pick the branch for which you want to view the report.

7. Generate Report #

Click on Submit to view the Expense Report.

Expected Result #

The user should be able to view the Expense Report for the selected expense item, branch, and date range.
