View Audit Log Report

Summary #

This guide explains how to view the audit log report, which tracks various events such as cancelled sales, deleted sales, refunds, and removed items.

Steps #

1. Log in to Your Account #

Log in to access the system.

2. Navigate to Reports #

Click on Report from the main menu.

3. Select Audit Log Report #

Click on Audit Log Report.

4. Choose Date Range #

Select the start and end dates for the report.

5. Select Event Title #

Choose from the following event titles:

  • Cancelled Sale
  • Deleted Sale
  • Refund Sale
  • Remove Item
6. Select User #

Choose the specific user whose actions you want to review.

7. Select Branch #

Pick the branch where the events occurred.

8. Generate Report #

Click on Submit to view the Audit Log Report.

Expected Result #

The user should be able to view a detailed report of audit logs, including the specified event types, for the selected date range, user, and branch.
