Add Food Menu with Variation

Learn how to add a food menu item with variations, such as size or flavor, for detailed menu customization.

Steps #

1. Log in to Your Account
   Use your credentials to access the system.
2. Navigate to Menu
   From the main dashboard, click on Menu.
3. Access Items
   Select Items from the submenu.
4. Add a New Food Menu Item
   • Click the Add button.
   • Choose the Food Menu Type.
   • Enter the Name and Code for the item.
   • Select the appropriate Category.
5. Configure Ingredient Consumption
   • Choose Ingredient Consumption and specify the Consumption Quantity.
6. Set Sale Prices
   • Enter sale prices for Dine-In, Takeaway, and Delivery.
7. Add Item Description and Photo
   • Enter a detailed Description for the item.
   • Upload a Photo if available.
8. Define Additional Details
   • Indicate whether the item is a Veg Item or a Beverage.
   • Enter the Loyalty Points, if applicable.
   • Specify the Alert Quantity for stock tracking.
9. Add Variations
   • Click Add Variation and enter the following details for each variation:
     • Variation Name
     • Code
     • Sale Prices as required.
     • Ingredient Consumption, if additional ingredients are needed, and specify the Consumption Quantity.
     • Loyalty Points, if applicable.
   • Click Submit after completing the variation details.
10. Save the Food Menu Item
    Click Submit again to save the food menu item and its variations.

The food menu item with variations, such as size or flavor, will be successfully added and ready for use across different service types.
